Any engagement we undertake will go through the following phases.



Introduction & Scope

We‘ll take some time to get acquainted with each other and build the confidence that working together is a good fit. We will then discuss the work you’d like for us to complete and make sure you clearly understand our fees.

Discovery & Planning

Here, we will gather data and documentation to review your current positions. We’ll use this information along with your goals to build out a plan that most effectively accomplishes the vision you have for your life.

Calibration & Launch

Once complete, we’ll present an actionable plan to help you reach your life objectives. We’ll make sure that you are comfortable with each part and make any necessary adjustments. Then we’ll work with you to put the plan into action.

Analyze & Update

Financial planning is not a one-time event. Life happens, and your goals and objectives will follow suit. We’ll be there to coach you through changes along the way. We’ll also be proactively monitoring your plan to let you know when adjustments should be made.

Pricing Expectations

We have open, honest conversations with our clients about our fees, and we are constantly looking at the landscape to ensure our rates are in line with firms offering the same level of service expertise, and experience.

  • For Financial Planning we charge a flat fee which can range from $1000- $10,000 depending on the complexity of the situation . Most retirement planning clients fall into the $1500 – $2500 range.
  • Investment Management starts at 1% annually and goes down from there. This fee is billed quarterly and deducted automatically from your account.
